There are two main methods to check your Joker Card balance:

1. Online: Visit the official Joker Card website, navigate to the balance check section, and enter your card number, expiration date, and CVV.
2. By Phone: Call 1-855-288-0926 and follow the automated prompts to check your balance.

If your Joker Card was declined, try these steps:

• Check your card balance to ensure you have sufficient funds
• Verify that your card is activated and registered (required for online purchases)
• Ensure the merchant accepts Visa or Mastercard prepaid cards
• Contact Joker Card customer service at 1-855-288-0926 for card-specific issues

Most Joker Cards are ready to use immediately at physical retail locations. However, if you plan to use your card for online purchases, you must register it on the official Joker Card website with your name and billing address. This is required by most online merchants for security verification.

If your physical card has reached its expiration date but you still have funds remaining, contact Joker Card customer service at 1-855-288-0926. They can transfer your remaining balance to a new replacement card. Note that funds on Joker Cards do not expire, only the physical card itself.
